These Terms of Service govern the use of the AIxMS platform and related services provided by RaM IBS. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
AIxMS provides AI-powered management systems and digital co-workers designed to support security, compliance, governance, and risk-related workflows. The services are advisory and supportive in nature and do not replace legally required human judgment or professional certification.
RaM IBS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, except where liability is mandatory under applicable Polish or EU law.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or external dependencies may result in temporary limitations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
